Miss Rima Jameel - Academic Qualification
Miss Rima Jameel received her higher education from the University of Wisconsin, USA, from where she graduated with her major in the subject of Chemistry. After she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin, USA, Rima Jameel went ahead to continue with her studies in the Widener University School of Law located in Pennsylvania, USA. Her hard work and diligence were paid off when she was honored with an award of Jury’s Doctorate in Law from the University. After that, she was put in practice at the Pennsylvania Bar.
Career Journey of Miss Rima Jameel
After strengthening her educational background, Miss. Rima Jameel took training in legal laws and matters of the United States of America. Here, she sharpened and enhanced her skills in commercial and corporate laws.
After completing her education and training from the United States, Rima Jameel relocated to her country United Arab Emirates where she began her career journey. After returning to UAE, Miss. Rima Jameel joined Al Tamimi &, a famous legal firm situated in Dubai, where she took the important role of Legal Consultant in the Banking and Finance Department.
Her career journey took to wings when Rima Jameel was positioned as the Chief Counsel for Gulf Oil and Gas, a gas service company situated in Abu Dhabi. Her role in that company was to take care of the legal affairs of the company and its subsidiaries located in North Africa and the Middle East, which included energy, commercial and corporate matters and finance.
Miss Rima Jameel returned to Dubai to pursue her private practice in 2006 where she joined a midsize law firm to continue her commercial practice and develop her skills as a lawyer. Here she gained all the essential knowledge of legal laws including licensing/franchising, personal equity matters, and mergers and acquisitions. She went further to expand her energy background by including desalination, power generation, waste water and thermal energy.
Rima Jameel once again shifted her focus on commercial and corporate legal matters in January 2011 helping several medium and small-sized enterprises with legal matters. Till date, she continues her practice on international franchising, regional franchising,
acquisitions and equity matters developing her skills and knowledge to help people better. Miss Rima Jameel is fluently conversant in Arabic and English.
